Introduction

Well hello there! Im a keen cook, i constantly Eat Sleep and Dream about food. If your like me and want Funky recipes that will give that wow factor then I'm here to help.

Saying these recipes are for everyone is a lie, you need to be able to dedicate time, have the will to cook great food and have the money to buy ingredients. Being a Chef takes years and years of practise and what I'm doing is showing you the techniques easily enough to translate them into the dish.

I have golden rules you MUST follow to complete a recipe and they are

1) Clean as you go - A clean work area is essential, mess cannot be tolerated whilst cooking.
2) Don't take out ingredients - An amateur chef would take celery out of a Leek and Potato soup, you are building layers and its essential. Add but never Subtract.
3) Concentrate and have passion - If there is one thing all great Chefs have in common its passion for what they do. If you don't enjoy it at least concentrate and give it your best shot!
